Refund request for downloaded ebooks are given only
if there has been a problem with the download and you have not
received a completed copy of the ebook. If you experience difficulty
in downloading please contact us at
gedpass@gedpass.com and we
will email an attachment to you. No other request will be
considered.
Refunds on mailed products are given in the form of
credit for use in purchasing items from our online store, only when
the item is mailed back to us and received in good condition. No
other request will be considered.
